MACAT motorcycle is established in October 1992 in Huizhou,Guangdong province,China. In July 1994 it establishes a technical co-operation with Taiwan KYMCO. In 1998 it's accredited ISO9001. It has an annual production capacity of 400,000 motorcycles, scooters, dirty Bikes & ATVs with displacement of 50cc, 70cc, 90cc, 100cc, 110cc, 125cc, 150cc, 175cc, 200cc, 250cc,300cc & 350cc and electric bicycles/scooters as well.

Its production base covers an area of 420,000 square meters its main, production facilities include one advanced engine-assembling and three motorcycle-assembling lines, one chassis-welding line built by KYMCO Taiwan, one advanced coating lines for engine, fuel tank and chassis, and as well as a MACAT-JAPAN YAMWNA joint venture of building up a modern world-level assembly and engine producing line, world-grade coating line and test line with a yearly output of 200,000 Magnesium Ion EU III power YAMWNA motorcycles, of painting line for plastic body parts and plus series of complicated testing instruments. Within new competition system, MACAT and JAPAN YAMWNA follow the logos “Deploitation innovation, Pursuing transcendence, Serving human, Founding top brand” and produce factual quality no pollution goods and create a motorcycle epoch.
